Appeals Court Dismisses Florida Vote Case

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has thrown out the case challenging the DNC's decision to not seat the Florida delegates. The Court said the Florida resident who filed the suit didn't have standing.

The DNC, in all its equal protection glory, says it's pleased with the ruling. From CNN:

"The DNC said it was pleased with the ruling because it affirmed previous decision that 'national political parties have a constitutionally protected right to manage and conduct their own internal affairs, including the enforcement of delegate selection rules.'"

What a victory for voting rights! Way to go!
