Howard Dean on the Daily Show: We will Seat Michigan and Florida

Dean stated emphatically that the delegates from Michigan and Florida would be seated. He said, "You cannot have a Democratic convention without Florida and Michigan."

The best part is about 4 to 5 minutes in where Stewart starts grilling Dean on the Superdelegate process.

Jon: I've heard a lot about these Superdelegates which as we know are delegates which have been bitten by a radioactive spider and are now ten thousand times more powerful than a regular delegate or regular voter.

Jon: The Superdelegate is chosen by a party official...
Dean: No, the Superdelegate comes in two kinds...
Jon: If we can't figure this out how could you guys run the country?

Jon: Aren't we over complicating this? Then what we're going to do is put money in a bag and bring it to a park and then a man with a bird nose is going to pick it up. He's going to tap someone on the shoulder that person will then light a fire. If white smoke comes out we'll have a nominee.
